CARF Accredited Directions to the Clinic: From Eastbound: Take 36 West until it turns into 28th Street (once you are in Boulder). Take a left on Pearl Street and continue until it turns into the walking mall – that will be 15th Street. Go right at 15th Street and then a quick left onto Spruce Street. Go about 2 blocks. We are located on the right between 14th and 13th Streets. From North (Loveland, Ft. Collins, Greeley): Coming south on 287 or I-25, exit on Highway 52 going west. Highway 52 will end at Highway 119. Turn left, going toward Boulder. Highway 119 will become Foothills Parkway (157). Exit to the right onto Pearl Street and continue until it turns into the walking mall – that will be 15th Street. Take a right on 15th Street and then an immediate left onto Spruce Street. Go about 2 blocks.
