Also use of Suboxone as an alternative to Methadone. Please call for more information on Suboxone fees. Other services include; individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, HIV/AIDS & Hepatitis education and testing. Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling (IOP); Free Assessment, $55 weekly for 6-12 weeks of individual and group counseling. CARF accredited for Outpatient Treatment: Opioid Treatment Program (Adult) and Drug Court Treatment (Adult) Directions to the Clinic: From Northbound (Angola, Indiana): Take the I-69/US 27S ramp and merge onto I-69 South. Take the US 27 South exit (#111A) towards Fort Wayne. Merge onto US 27 South/Clinton St.. Turn right onto East 4th Street. Turn left on Wells Street and proceed to 1414 Wells Street. We are right in between 3rd and 4th street in a small shopping area. From Southbound (Marion, Indiana): Take State Road #18 to the I-69 North ramp and merge onto I-69North. After approximately 45 miles, turn right onto 24 East. 24 East converts into Jefferson Street. Continue on Jefferson Street for 15 lights and turn left on Ewing Street. Ewing converts into Wells. Proceed to 1414 Wells Street. We are right in between 3rd and 4th street in a small shopping area. From Northwest (Warsaw, Indiana) Take US 30 East to Fort Wayne. Stay on this road past the I-69 interchanges, road turns into Goshen. Stay on Goshen for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left onto State Street. Go to first light, turn right onto Wells Street and proceed to 1414 Wells Street. We are between 3rd and 4th Street in a small shopping area between a pawn shop and the Burger Dairy. From Southeast (Lima, Ohio) Turn onto OH-309 West. Turn left onto OH-30 West. Stay on 30 West into Fort Wayne. Highway 30 converts into Washington Street in Fort Wayne. Take Washington Street through the downtown area past the City-County Building on the right and Courthouse on the left. Turn right on Ewing Street from Washington Blvd. Ewing converts into Wells.
