Fees & Services: $90 weekly, $23 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. Also use of Suboxone as an alternative to Methadone. Please call for more information on Suboxone fees. $25 for off site dosing such as jail dosing with Methadone. Other services include; individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, HIV/AIDS & Hepatitis education and testing, domestic violence and sexual assault awareness classes, job readiness and anger management, employment drug screens, same day biopsyco-socials. Free assessments.

Directions to the Clinic:
East bound I-20 (heading toward the Red River and Bossier City)

1. Exit on 18 A; Common Street-Line Ave.
2. Stay right on this long exit ramp
3. At the top of the hill turn Right onto Line Ave.
4. Immediately after you turn onto Line Ave. you will go down a steep hill.
5. At the bottom of the hill is a strip center called Hillside, on your Left.
6. Turn left into Hillside’s parking lot.
7. We are in Suite 600 in Hillside.

West bound I-20 (heading toward Dallas)

1. Exit 18 C; Fairfield Ave.
2. Turn left at the light on top of the hill at the end of the exit ramp.
3. At the 3rd light, turn left onto Jordan Street
4. Go appx. 3 blocks to the next light, turn left onto Line Ave.
5. Appx. ˝ block on your right is Egan St.
6. Turn right onto Egan
7. Turn left immediately into the parking lot of Hillside strip center.
8. We are in Suite 600 in Hillside.
