FEES & SERVICES: $70 weekly or $12 per day, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $25 per day for off site dosing such as jail dosing with Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary). Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing.
Other services include; individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling.
- DUI and Substance Abuse Evaluations – $55
- Individual Education – $60/hour
- Group Counseling – $25/session
- Extended Outpatient – $320 (for 6 sessions).
We are an Access to Recovery Provider. We provide the following services:

DIRECTIONS:
Between Drake University and Mercy Hospital on University Avenue. Exit I-235 on Keo (Keosauqua) Way North. Go right on University Avenue to 12th Street. We are located in the back of the two story brick building on the south side of the road. Drive around to the back of the building. The office faces the back parking lot.
