FEES & SERVICES: $88 weekly, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. $25 for off site dosing, such as jail dosing with Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary). Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing.
Other services include individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, prevention services for women at risk for HIV.

Limited state funding available (must meet state guidelines for eligibility) and Rhode Island Medicaid Accepted.
We are an Access to Recovery Provider. We provide the following services:

From Northbound:
Take 95 South to Route 6 West and take the Plainfield Street Exit. Take left and immediately bear to the right onto Plainfield Street. Go to the traffic light at the end of the street and turn left (still on Plainfield Street) and follow for about one mile until you reach us at 985 Plainfield St on the right.
From Southbound:
Take 95 North to Exit 11 (295 North) to Exit 4 RT 14 (Plainfield Pike Exit) and follow for 2 miles until you reach us at 985 Plainfield St on the left.
