FEES & SERVICES: $85 weekly or $17 daily, $25 daily guest dose fee for Methadone treatment. Also use of Suboxone as an alternative to Methadone. Suboxone is used as an alternative to Methadone (please call for more information on Suboxone fees). Vivitrol is used for the treatment of alcohol dependence (please call for more information as it is covered by insurance and co pays will vary). Free screenings for drug or alcohol addiction with a comprehensive recommendation of treatment. Various lab testing available, please call or stop in for pricing.

Other services include individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling.

  • Assessments – $75
  • $50 – pays for individual and group counseling at one hour per week or less
  • $75.00 pays for individual and group counseling up to four hours (in a one week period), classes, and referrals
  • $95.00 pays for individual and group counseling from five to eight hours (in a one week period), classes, and referrals

    • CARF accredited for Outpatient Treatment: Opioid Treatment Program (Adult)

    DIRECTIONS:
    From Southbound
    Take Hwy 17 (south of Charleston) going North. Take 526 to I-26 East towards Charleston. From I-26 East take the second Cosgrove Ave. exit 216B (for Navy Hospital). On Cosgrove go back under I-26. Approaching first traffic light (Cosgrove and Azalea), turn right into the corner parking lot for the 2301 Cosgrove shopping center. We are located in Suite F, the right end unit as you turn into the parking lot.

    From Northbound
    Take Hwy 17 (north of Charleston) going South across Grace Memorial Bridge (over the Cooper River). Take the exit to the right for I-26 West. Take I-26 West to the first Cosgrove exit and bear right. Just after merging into the right lane on Cosgrove Ave., turn right into parking lot just before the first traffic light at Cosgrove and Azalea. We are located in Suite F, the right end unit as you turn into the parking lot.
